Content

I reserve the right to reject any website or content that I deem inappropriate.
In general, keep things rated G.

Copyrights and Trademarks

I am not responsible for the legality of information or content that you provide.
You are responsible to ensure that items such as logos, slogans, photos, etc. do not violate any copyright, trademark, or other protections by being included on your website.
I may request documentation of permission to use items that appear to be copyrighted by a third party. I may refuse service if the documentation is not provided.

Domains

If you purchase additional domains, they will not have their own content. Rather, they will take the user to the main web site (the main or original domain).
If you want multiple websites with different content, each one will need to pay the normal setup fee.
If you have multiple websites, the annual fee is half the normal annual fee.

Purchase Timing

Additional items may be purchased at any time. You do not have to wait for your annual bill, although it would ease my record keeping to do so.

Advertising

I will not place any third-party ads on your site.

Page Size

Some people may try to circumvent paying for extra web pages by placing too much content on just one page.
To prevent that, I have a policy on the size of any given web page:

A web page must not exceed 500 words or images with areas totaling 1048576 pixels (1 MP).
A web page violating any measure will either
- be split into as many pages as necessary to meet the measures (incurring cost for each page) OR
- be kept whole but cost as much as if is had been split into multiple pages.

Updates

A content update is defined as one change to one page of a website.
Changing the same page multiple times counts as multiple content updates.
Items that are common across multiple pages, such as logos, contact information, titles, etc., incur cost for only page.

Cancellations

No refunds will be given for the setup fee.
If you cancel your website or do not renew by paying the annual fee, you forfeit the use of the domain name(s).
If you cancel before the annual fee is due, I will refund a portion of the annual fee. The portion is $3 for each full month left in the annual agreement.

Spam

This section "Spam" does not apply if your email account is setup for forwarding only.
Your account may be terminated and your website forfeited if you use your email address to send spam.
You are responsible for any legal action or costs resulting from misuse of your email account.

This page contains the current terms for website services. These terms are subject to change. Please print this page as a record of terms in effect at the start of service.
